UPCOMING PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
In addition to our year-round services, we also offer programs and events that run for a limited amount of time. Below is a list of our current or upcoming programs and events.
This Program is designed to help players not only maintain most of their off season strength and conditioning, but also to help them stay injury free through the long season. The goal is to keep players' flexibility, mobility and stability along with a baseline of strength to allow the players to compete at a high level throughout the season. During the season players will train at least once a week for one hour per session.
Starting February 16th
Saturdays and Sundays 12:00pm-1:30pm

MONTHLY ATHLETE GROUP TRAINING
This group training makes it easy for athletes to get the training they need in a small group setting at an economical rate. You pick your group, date, and time. Minimum of 3-5 people per group.
Train 2x/week for only $250/ month
